The ability to check the status of your order online is currently available to all customers of Naughty Lingerie Store

Simply login into your account. Click on order history in upper right of your screen, Select the search option that fit your criteria or you can search by order #  by selecting advance search.  All your orders will appear base on what search criteria you entered.  Simply click the order you wish to check on and the details will appear. In the lower left corner on your screen, your delivery information will appear and the ability to track your order..

If you are unable to check the status of your order, simply email us at sales@naughtylingeriestore.com. Please be sure to include your order number for a quicker and more detailed response.

 Can I cancel, or make changes to, my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Most order are processed (item(s) pulled, packaged and shipping label created including postage) the same day that the order was placed and shipped the next day.  Occasionally your order may be shipped the same day depending on when the order was placed and when the carrier arrives at our place of business.   Since we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we do ask that any cancellations or changes be made as soon as possible of placing your order.  If your request is made after that, and your merchandise has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us.

Any unclaimed or refused packages are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. In the event you would like the package re-shipped to you, standard shipping fees, plus a 5% re-packaging fee, will apply.

All items on the website are in stock. We do our best to verify the availability of all items ordered in the very early stages of processing. Barring any unforeseen problems, you will be notified via email by a customer service representative regarding your options for any out of stock item(s) within 48 business hours of placing your order. Those options would include the following:

• You may opt to wait for the out-of-stock item(s) and your order will be shipped complete upon its arrival.
• You may place the item(s) on backorder and it will ship when it arrives, at no additional charge to you.
• You may replace the item with another in-stock item. We will do our best to provide suggestions for a comparable alternative.
• You can remove the item(s) from your order and receive a refund including the difference on the adjusted shipping charges.

If an item is simply out of stock, it should only delay your order by about 5-6 business days above our regular shipping schedule, as it typically takes about that long to receive merchandise from the respective manufacturer. We will either ship your order complete when the out-of-stock item(s) arrive or, if you prefer, we will ship the available items per our standard shipping schedule with the other item(s) shipping when they become available at no additional charge to you. If an item is backordered, meaning the manufacturer is also out of a particular item, we will ship the item(s) to you as soon as they are available. Keep in mind that there is no way to set a time frame on backordered items.

What we need from you.
In order for Naughty Lingere Store to provide wholesale pricing and process wholesale drop ship orders.  We require that you open an paypal account (business account preferred)  and have it verified.  Provide us with your website url, your auctions user id only (Ie. Ebay, Yahoo,etc), or any other place where you plan to sell our products.  We will use this information to verify that you're actually attempting to sell our products. 

You can expect any order of in-stock* merchandise that is paid for by credit card** to ship within the guidelines set forth below:

*Bear in mind that temporarily out-of-stock item, backordered items or items that require production time will take longer to ship.

**Please note: Your customs office may review your package and may delay your shipment.

***Holiday seasons such as Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day can cause a slight delay so, during those times, it is advisable to get your order placed as soon as possible to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are sent via the United States Postal Service. Our preference is to use USPS Air Letter Mail, which takes approximately 5-10 business days* to arrive once shipped. In instances where Air Letter Mail is not available for our pricing, Air Parcel mail can be selected upon request. This method generally arrives within 1-2 weeks.*   We do not guarantee delivery of any overseas package that unless optional insurance has been purchased. Please be aware that the postal service does not guarantee delivery times for overseas delivery as the final delivery is the sole responsibility of the receiving country once it leaves our borders.

International shipping rates can vary by country as well as the final weight and dimensions of the package. Therefore, International shipping rates are subject to increase based on the current rates for the destination country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  Naughty Lingerie Store does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

*The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared.  On very rare occasions, we had packages delay as long 30 days.

In the event delivery is not made due to any of the following reasons:

• An attempted delivery notice is left and the package is not picked up in a timely manner.

• The package is not deliverable as addressed, and is addressed in accordance with the information provided in the original order.

• Delivery is refused by the recipient.

You will be notified and the following policies and remedies will apply:

• Re-Shipment: An amount up to 5% of the merchandise total will be charged for re-packaging the order and you will have to pay the shipping charge again before order will be reshipped.
• Refund: If you prefer not to have the order re-shipped, we can issue a refund for the merchandise total of your order, less a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
